Chris and Monica started ICCM, the Inner City Church of Minneapolis, in 1993 from their home in the poorest and most crime-ridden neighborhood in the Twin Cities. Since then, they ahve dispatched launch teams to plant churches in Miami and New York and have pioneered inner city churches in Chicago, St. Paul, as well as a Hispanic church. ICCM is now known as Life Center.

Hmong World Ministires, the "Voice of Hope" broadcasts the Gospel throughout the world through the internet, radio stations and special phones. The Lees desire to share the Gospel, train leaders, provide counseling and build churches within the Hmong community, of which 70,000 Hmong people live in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Our mission is to assist teens and adults in gaining freedom from chemical addictions and other life controlling problems by addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. We currently serve about 500 people at a time with five Minneapolis locations, one in Duluth, Brainerd, and Rochester is scheduled to open in January 2014.
