VISION STATEMENT:

1. Win the hearts of the children of the Minnesota district for the kingdom of God and help them grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ (through Kid’s Camp, Sports Camp, Kid’s Convention, JBQ, BGMC, and Kid's Fine Arts Festival).

Eight Goals of Children's Ministries as provided by the National Children's Ministry Department, helps provide a solid foundation to a healthy Children's Ministry.

2. Provide service to our churches and people with a level of excellence in the following ways:

A. Serve as a resource center with teaching tools and resources that allow churches to grow without the financial restraint that can come with growth. (AV Club, books and training materials at reduced prices)
B. Train the CE staff with a level of proficiency in addressing the needs regarding Christian Education to expedite the response time to churches or individuals needing our assistance.
C. Returning phone calls in a timely manner and researching needs to find resources to assist our churches and pastors.

3. Provide training to every church and/or person involved in Christian Education at the level of their need.

A. Provide District training events that help our people grow and hone their ministry skills (All Church Ministries Convention).
B. Provide area or sectional training events for specific or general needs as defined by the pastors or Sectional CE Representatives.
C. Provide training or support in the local church as needed for groups or individuals.
