annual Spa for the Soul Retreat held at Lake Geneva Christian Center provides an atmosphere of fun, relaxation and spiritual renewal. It is designed to encourage, equip and empower women spiritually,
socially, physically and emotionally to exemplify Christ’s
character in their worlds!

Local Idea: After being stuck with several tickets for retreat that we as a Women's Ministry had paid for, God lead us to this idea. It is successful. We have not been left money in the hole since we put the grants into place. Ladies can receive a grant to pay for the cost of the retreat ticket. We have them register and pay for their ticket (their money up front; their investment). The day we leave for the retreat we hand them cash in the dollar amount of the ticket price. This money helps pay for hotel and gas. We have also set the total amount of money to be paid for hotel and gas that we collect the day we leave for the retreat. This prevents the drivers, including the church van, from being out of money for gas. This amount for us is usually about $30. It will depend on your room cost and distance to drive...
