2006 Costa Rica Missions Trip - January 2006

Minnesota Women Make A Difference!

This missions trip was a multi-faceted effort! One of the major pieces was helping out with PK Retreats. Many Pastors in Costa Rica were leaving ministry because their children were falling away from God and were getting into drugs and other life-destroying issues. The Superintendant of the Assemblies of God for Costa Rica asked Missionaries Jon and Jennifer Dahlager to consider helping to meet the need of Pastor's kids - and they were up to the challenge. They put on several Pastor's Kids retreats each year to help the children of ministers. They also provide home groups and accountability groups to assist the families with the needs of their teens.

Home Makeovers - Costa Rican Style! Minnesota ladies redecorated and refurbished several homes. Check out these before and after shots of kitchens, bathrooms, living areas and more. Multiple families live in each of these homes. What a blessing these changes made for these families! Praise God!
