It is our privilege to
provide financial support and an awareness for missions locally
and through out the world.
Home/Foreign Projects: Our goal annually
is to raise a significant dollar amount for one home and one
foreign project. Bridging the Gap encourages Women’s
Ministries to be a part of one project annually!

Home Missions
Corner Church - Scott and Amber Woller
Today, in downtown Minneapolis there are over 30,000 residents. God has placed Corner Church in this growing pre-Christian population. Corner Church's mission is to be a multi-site, single-entity, franchise-able church that connects our world with real people, real friendships, and a real God by being close in proximity, valued in community and focused on God. Our vision is not to build larger locations, but rather to grow in multiple small locations, with each location being a functioning coffeehouse where we can be a valued part of our community. As of April first we opened our first location, but our vision is to see a Corner Church/Corner Coffee within walking distance of every resident of downtown.
Need: We hope to raise $20,000 for the church's children's area that will also be available to the community during coffeehouse hours.
Foreign Missions
Eurasia Women's Center
Lives of women in the Muslim world are full of challenges and limitations; their world is often defined by a male relative - father, brother or son. Many women in Islam are treated as the servants of men, and their opinions, thoughts and feelings matter very little. They frequently have to face the challenges of life alone. It is for this reason that we dream of starting a women's center to provide practical help to hurting and isolated women and to help them restore their true value and identity in Christ. We desire to give a voice to the silent and silenced women of Islam and raise leaders among them to address the issues that they deal with on a daily basis.
Need: We hope to raise $50,000 to purcahse a building for the Women's Center.

Home Missions
High Point Church - Tory and Elizabeth Farina:
This Home Missions church plant is all about taking an uncommon message to common places! They hold Sunday services in a movie theatre, small groups in a coffee shop and other meetings in public places. The churches' focus is to reach young adults and families in the Inver Grove Heights area, who are demographically some of the most unreached and spiritually hungry in the Twin Cities, by presenting the life-giving message of Christ in creative and interactive ways through technology, multi-media and mass marketing. Even market places can be places of worship!
Need: We hope to raise $20,000 for technology and equipment to meet this need.
*$10,000 was sent for Hurricane Relief efforts.
*$10,000 was given to Tim and Susanna Decker and Sareen Ministries.
Foreign Missions
Moldova, Project Rescue and Home of Hope - Andy and Nancy Raatz
It is from desperation that thousands of women leave Moldova, the poorest of all European countries, with the promise of a good job abroad (or lured with the promise of marriage) and find themselves sold into sexual slavery. Human trafficking is very real in Moldova. The response from Andy and Nancy to this horrific epidemic is two-fold. Restoration: create a long-term, faith-based residential care center for women repatriated to Moldova. Prevention: education and training will help to reduce the number or women and girls that are exploited in this way.
Need: We hope to raise $20,000 to pay one year's expenses for the Home of Hope and $11,000 for production of literature, multi-media materials and training seminars for intervention and preventative training.
As of December 29, 2006, we have raised $40,000 for Moldova! Praise God!
