Project Life - Bridge Warehouse

The purpose of the Bridge Warehouse is to provide a comfortable area for missionaries home itinerating, those going to the field, and home mission pastors, where they can select practical items for their use. We gather and distribute household products throughout the year for the warehouse. Here is how churches and individuals can get involved…

Plan 1: Bring multiples of a product, for example, 5 or 10 sets of colored queen size sheets, or 5 or 10 sets of cookware.

Plan 2: Bring an “entire room” of practical product, for example, kitchen, bedroom, or bathroom product.

Plan 3: Bring gift cards, for example, Target or Wal-mart.

Consistent Bridge Warehouse Needs:

• Queen size sheets, comforters, mattress pads
• Individual kettles, pots, and pans (not sets)

Bridge Warehouse Idea

"With the $3,000 raised by our ladies during this spring’s ladies brunch, our women’s board has decided to do something that would be really practical for you and your team and also for those who get the merchandise. How many missionaries would like to go shopping and get what specifically needs for their home or travels? We are taking the guess work out and giving $100 gift cards in individual gift bags and you or they can decide where they want to go and shop. I think there will be 28 or 29 bags with these cards and some Bath and Body Works also inside each one.
